Overview
You can create custom pages in your Shopify admin to create content for your customers, such as an About Us page, or extra information about your products.
Guidelines
Customize header
Steps:
- From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
- Find chord theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.
- Select the Pages from the dropdown at the top.

Page information section

| Width | Set the width of the section using the drop-down menu:

FAQ page
By default, FAQ page have a Page information section and a FAQ section.
You can follow the steps below to customize faq template:
- Head to Admin > Online store > Customize theme.
- From the theme editor area’s dropdown option menu, select Pages > faq.
- On the left hand side menu panel, after the page preview has loaded, you will see a FAQ Section.
You can follow the steps below to create a faq page:
- From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Pages.
- Click Add page.
- In the Title box, type a title for your contact page, such as FAQs.
- In the Content box, type any text that you want to appear above the page top. You can leave this section blank.
- In the Online store section, choose faq from the Theme template drop-down menu.
- Click Save.

Contact page
By default, Contact page have a Page information section and a Contact form section.
You can follow the steps below to customize faq template:
- Head to Admin > Online store > Customize theme.
- From the theme editor area’s dropdown option menu, select Pages > contact .
- On the left hand side menu panel, after the page preview has loaded, you will see a Contact form Section.
You can follow the steps below to create a faq page:
- From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Pages.
- Click Add page.
- In the Title box, type a title for your contact page, such as Contact us or Get in touch.
- In the Content box, type any text that you want to appear above the contact form. You can leave this section blank.
- In the Online store section, choose contact from the Theme template drop-down menu.
- Click Save.
Your contact form should now be visible on your Contact page

About page
By default, Contact page have a Page information section and two Image with text section.
You can follow the steps below to customize faq template:
- Head to Admin > Online store > Customize theme.
- From the theme editor area’s dropdown option menu, select Pages > about .
- On the left hand side menu panel, after the page preview has loaded, you will see a Image with text Section.
You can follow the steps below to create a about page:
- From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Pages.
- Click Add page.
- In the Title box, type a title for your contact page, such as About.
- In the Content box, type any text that you want to appear above the contact form. You can leave this section blank.
- In the Online store section, choose about from the Theme template drop-down menu.
- Click Save.

Note: Your theme must be published for your templates to appear as assignable in the “theme template” dropdown list, outside of the theme editor area.
